Superbet Group Partners with Low6 to Launch Next-Level Fantasy Sports Game
Low6, the leading gamification innovator, has partnered with Superbet Group, a leading pan-European tech and entertainment company, to deliver Ultimate Squad, a free-to-play fantasy game based around the Premier League and Champions League.
Superbet has identified Low6’s high-value gamification proposition as both a simple high-value turnkey acquisition play and an engaging way to add value to its existing customer base.
Ultimate Squad is a spin-off of the hugely successful UltimateFan franchise. Players are issued with ‘packdrops’, which reveal footballers’ and teams’ cards to create lineups for each contest. With points being earned from real-life performances, players will compete on a global contest leaderboard as well against friends, family and colleagues in Invitational Private Leagues.
UltimateFan has already proved to be a huge hit for Low6 with over one-quarter million (250,000) installs for the game to date. It has published versions for the NFL Cincinnati Bengals, LA Chargers and Jacksonville Jaguars as well as a World Cup game for Flutter’s Sportsbet brand that charted as the number-one free app in the App Store and number-one top free sports app in the Google Play Store within the Australian region. The white label game has scooped Fantasy Product and Innovation of the Year at the EGR Awards as well as Low6 being recognized as Acquisition and Retention Partner of the Year at the SBC North America Awards 2023.
“We are thrilled to partner with Low6, a true leader in gamification and sports innovation,” the Product Vice-President for Superbet Group, Anthony Guthridge, said. “Introducing Ultimate Squad to our audience represents our commitment to offering the latest and most engaging experiences. Low6’s success across various markets is a testament to its excellence. Through this collaboration, we continue to bring entertainment to our players and drive towards our mission to excite the world.”
“Given the success of UltimateFan, we’re confident that our leading fantasy sports product will acquire new Superbet users on mass and increase engagement amongst players,” the Chief Executive Officer for Low6, Jamie Mitchell, said. “Superbet is an operator who has successfully scaled across Central and Eastern Europe and we look forward to working with it long-term for its player acquisition and retention strategy.”
