ZingBrain AI adds real-time personalization in autumn update
ZingBrain AI has introduced real-time personalization and new recommendation sections to its platform as part of its latest update, designed to give operators even more control over how they tailor the customer experience.
Recommendations will now react to the player’s behaviour in real-time, accounting for the games they play or choose to ignore, meaning operators can serve the most relevant titles possible.
The model for existing sections is also improved, with no changes in integration for partners. Recommendations are now quicker and improved, with a better understanding across trends in game usage, adapting to country and language, faster adaptation to players’ tastes and preferences and better determination of similarities between games.
And operators now have access to more, easy-to-integrate recommendation sections, including trending games, never-tried-before games, top games by location, favourite mechanic, and much more.
Oleg Smolerov, CPO, at ZingBrain AI, said: “Through real-time personalization and a dozen recommendation sections, we are able to provide a flexible and adaptable tool for use in any geo. Our autumn update cements ZingBrain AI’s position at the forefront of this new technology. There’s a huge amount of noise around AI right now, but our team of data scientists is completely focused on delivering real-world benefits to our partners.”
ZingBrain AI is a performance improvement platform for the igaming industry that has been designed and built by a world-class team of data analysts, AI experts and engineers.
It is able to offer a ‘results guaranteed’ approach with zero integration costs for operators, who only pay after seeing positive results.
The ZingBrain AI platform has already analyzed more than three billion transactions from more than 2,500,000 users, across more than 25 partner operators.
