R Franco Digital Adds Extra Spice to Day of the Dead Celebrations in Tacoween

R Franco Digital, Spain’s leading iGaming provider, is fusing Day of the Dead festivities with an iconic Mexican cuisine in its latest slot release, Tacoween.
Honouring the Mexican roots of the spooky tradition, the slot sees a host of mariachi instruments, sombreros and tequila bottles appear as the game’s high-paying icons across the 5×3 reel gameboard.
The La Calavera Catrina symbol works as the game’s wild, guiding players to frightful rewards as she expands across the entire reel when she lands.
Skeleton scatter symbols can appear on the first, third or fifth reel, covering three consecutive positions on the board and paying out 3x the base bet each time they land.
Adding to the eerie atmosphere, grave symbols appear and award the Taco Truck Bonus Game once eight have been collected. In addition, all ghost symbols that land add 20% of the total bet to the accumulator, which is taken into the exciting bonus game.
During the Taco Truck Bonus Game, players are guided around a path filled with visible and concealed multipliers where a skull reveals their progression across the board. This game ends when a zero lands and pays out according to the final position the player has reached, multiplied by the Ghost Accumulator amount.
Meanwhile, two taco symbols trigger the Hungry Bonus in which players must select from among a series of Mexican dishes to reveal the jackpot prize laying underneath, offering a maximum win of up to 200x the base bet.
Tacoween is the latest addition to R Franco Digital’s high-quality and creative portfolio of games as the provider continues to impress players with recent releases such as Wild Tank and Rock Foot.
Commenting on the launch, Javier Sacristan Franco, International Business Director for R Franco Digital, said: “Tacoween is a unique and exciting slot that combines two of Mexico’s most iconic traditions; Day of the Dead and tacos. Offering a tasty Halloween treat to players, the game is packed with features including expanding symbols, multipliers and two thrilling taco-inspired bonus games. Thanks to our unique spin on a seasonal release, we’re confident that players will keep coming back to Tacoween long after the holiday is over.”
