Advances in AI Technology are on the way to Malta with ProgressPlay

ProgressPlay will be showcasing advances in AI technology via their proprietary software at SiGMA Europe this November as part of their global marketing cycle, as the company continues in its outreach program that began back at ICE earlier in the year and continued on in Amsterdam and then Barcelona.
The new platform is proving to be a stimulus for stakeholder engagement and a significant driver of growth across the year.
In an out-of-the-box move recognised by a shortlisting in the EGR-awards, ProgressPlay significantly rethought its Responsible Gambling approach, creating an AI-driven proprietary flow for interaction with players which recognises them in real-time and scores them against a number of criteria.
Marina Nahhas, ProgressPlay Sales Manager, said: “ProgressPlay has harnessed the power of AI in the products it has brought to the market over the last year and that same AI capability feeds to our business operations. At every show we have attended this year the focus has been on how our AI-driven solutions have improved player management and the player experience, which is what we will be talking about in Malta.”
Real-time player interaction has been described by the company CEO as “the Holy Grail” when providing compliance teams with the information to manage and interact with players.
ProgressPlay’s breakthrough data-driven software covers topics like KYC, player activity, affordability levels, and a transparent audit trail in a proprietary interaction flow comprising required documentation, procedures, response to the new UKGC regulation and mapped customer journeys.
The software has significant potential to add value to operators and become a source of new capacity.
ProgressPlay CEO Itai Loewenstein said: “Our technologies help protect the reputation and integrity of the iGaming operator with real-time insights. We look forward to closing our year in Malta with more of the global iGaming community adopting our innovative approach to Responsible Gambling automation.”
