Casumo Extends Partnership with OpenBet’s Neccton
Operator deploys Neccton’s leading AI-enabled responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) technology across multiple jurisdictions
OpenBet, a leading content, platform and service provider to the sports betting industry, has strengthened its partnership with Casumo following an agreement with the award-winning online casino to deliver cutting-edge compliance technology powered by Neccton.
As part of the collaboration, Neccton’s market-leading compliance software will be available to Casumo’s customers across a variety of jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Sweden, Ontario, Gibraltar, Spain and Malta. This integration will notably enhance Casumo’s responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) capabilities in these highly regulated markets.
With a global presence operating in more than 30 countries, OpenBet’s Neccton boasts an extensive history of pioneering software and services for the gaming industry, under the visionary leadership of Dr Michael Auer and Andreas Schneeberger.
Neccton’s solution engages with players in real time through inbox and pop-up messages. By facilitating early detection and communication, it effectively mitigates problem gambling risks, generating a sustainable and enduring customer relationship. The ongoing evaluation and integration of algorithms and insights into academic research underlines the credibility of Neccton’s technology.
Casumo was founded in 2012 on the premise that technology drives innovation. Its partnership extension with Neccton further reinforces this commitment, ensuring its players are equipped with a robust solution designed to foster a safe and trustworthy gambling environment.
“Our expanded collaboration with Casumo underscores the value of technology in prioritising player protection and fostering safer gambling experiences on a global scale,” the Managing Director for Neccton, Dr Michael Auer, said. “Neccton’s all-in-one solution guarantees that Casumo gains access to industry-leading software, equipped with player profiling and comprehensive reporting capabilities. This integration will not only enhance the overall betting experience but also ensure its utmost security.”
“We are excited to partner with Neccton to enhance our live player monitoring capabilities across multiple jurisdictions,” the Chief Customer Experience Officer for Casumo, Sandhya Singh, said. “Player protection is an integral part of Casumo and Neccton is a proven leader in this field with its model, based on behavioural research.
“Proactively monitoring and engaging with players with personalised feedback helps customers make better-informed decisions about their play. We want to establish a long-term, sustainable relationship with our players and deliver a good experience on our site. Securing our player’s safety is crucial to achieving this goal.”
