Caroline Ackroyd Resigns as CFO of XLMedia

XLMedia, a leading global digital media company, announced that Caroline Ackroyd, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Board Director, has notified the Board of her intention to resign with a view to joining an operator in the gambling sector. Caroline will remain with the business until 31 March 2024 to assist with an orderly handover.
The process to find a replacement will commence immediately and an update for shareholders will be made at the appropriate time.
Marcus Rich, Chair of XLMedia, said: “Caroline has made a considerable contribution to XLMedia over the past two years. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank her for this, and to offer her our best wishes for the future.”
