SPRIBE signs knock-out partnership with UFC champion Alex Pereira

SPRIBE, the developer behind the number one crash game in the world, Aviator, has entered into a knock-out partnership with UFC lightweight champion Alex Pereira as it continues to drive awareness of the game among new player audiences.
Pereira will help promote Aviator to his fans via a series of marketing campaigns. Pereira is one of the most accomplished mixed martial artists in the world and belongs to an elite club of nine UFC athletes who have won titles in two weight classes.
Pereira is the reigning UFC light heavyweight champion, having won the title at UFC 295 last November at one of the most famous arenas in the world, Madison Square Garden. He is also the former UFC middleweight champion, a title he won the year before, also at Madison Square Garden.
The partnership with Pereira comes under an existing deal between SPRIBE and UFC signed in October last year. The multi-year agreement sees the Aviator logo and branding appear during UFC’s Fight Nights and Pay Per View events inside the Octagon.
The partnership also features brand ambassador opportunities, including creative campaigns and promotional content for UFC athletes such as Pereira to participate in.
Aviator has become the world’s number one crash game since hitting the market in 2018. Today, it is played by more than 10 million active players per month and counting. The deal with UFC and Pereira is part of efforts to continue to grow Aviator’s player base, especially in North America.
Giorgi Tsutskiridze, CCO at SPRIBE, said: “Alex Pereira needs no introduction. He is one of the most accomplished fighters in the history of UFC, and we are incredibly excited to be working with him to run a series of campaigns that will help introduce Aviator to his fans for the first time.
“Aviator offers a knock-out experience, something that Alex also knows how to provide, so this really is a perfect partnership. Keep your eyes peeled for some incredible content that combines Aviator and Alex for maximum impact.â€
Alex Pereira, UFC champion and Aviator brand ambassador added: “Aviator is one of the most thrilling games in the world and delivers an adrenaline-fuelled experience similar to stepping into the Octagon and going face to face with some of the best fighters in the business.
“I’m excited to be working with the team at SPRIBE and to be introducing Aviator to my fans in various ways throughout the year.â€
