Kambi Launches “Kambi Engage”, a Third-Party Supplier Ecosystem for Partners
Kambi Group, the world’s trusted sports betting partner, has launched “Kambi Engage”, an all-new ecosystem through which Kambi partners can discover and access an additional range of top tier bettor engagement tools and services.
The solution provides a scalable means for Kambi partners to access a growing range of market-leading third-party bettor engagement solutions which has been carefully put together by Kambi, complementing the broad toolbox of engagement features already available on the Kambi platform.
Launching with Epoxy.ai, OtherLevels and VAIX, Kambi Engage further enhances the differentiation and customisation capabilities available to Kambi partners through straightforward integrations to cutting-edge technology companies.
Erik Lögdberg, Managing Director at Kambi, said: “We are pleased to launch Kambi Engage with an initial group of extremely exciting suppliers. Engage was created to address the ever-increasing demand of our partners to further customise, differentiate and enhance their sportsbook.
“By providing an easy and scalable way for our partners to access market-leading third-party bettor engagement solutions, we are doubling-down on our commitment to open up the Kambi sportsbook and offer unmatched flexibility and speed to market.”
OtherLevels is a leading supplier of real-time multi-channel engagement platforms, working in the sports betting, fan engagement, casino and lottery sectors.
Brendan O’Kane, CEO of OtherLevels, said: “We are thrilled to be selected as a launch partner for Kambi Engage. Allowing Kambi operators to deliver personalised live sport offers and recommendations, before and during matches, via their existing CRM platform, is a game changer. Using an operator’s owned media, rather than paid media, drives down the cost of re-activation and expands operating margins. We are excited to work closely with Kambi to maximise the Kambi sportsbook experience.”
VAIX offers the sports betting and iGaming industry a market-leading AI engine, allowing operators to utilise deep learning capabilities to engage customers and enhance operations across personalisation, acquisition marketing and retention.
Andreas Hartmann, CEO and Co-founder of VAIX, said: “Working with Kambi already since 2017, we are excited to formalise this fruitful cooperation and join the Kambi Engage ecosystem. A number of Kambi sportsbooks are already seeing the benefits of using the Vaix Sports Personalisation AI for their users, and we look forward to bringing that to more partners through Kambi Engage.”
