Symplify dials up enhanced partnership with Playbook Engineering
Symplify, the Stockholm-based market leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has enhanced its partnership with platform supplier Playbook Engineering.
The global betting platform provides its exceptional service to a strong suite of established brands, including StarSports, AK Bet, Gentleman Jim, Dragonbet, and NRG. Playbook Engineering is building on its successful partnership to offer its clients access to Symplify’s complete CRM ecosystem. These operators will now be able to create another crucial layer of engagement through Symplify’s proprietary CRM, data hub, and multiple communication channels, with a particular focus on email, SMS, dynamic web content, and browser push notifications.
Playbook Engineering’s partners are set to benefit from Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules, as well as comprehensive site conversion testing modules. Each module will enable the brands operating on the Playbook platform to create customised and AI-optimised experiences for their audiences. This specialist capability in optimising marketing strategies will significantly improve customer satisfaction and enhance lifetime value.
Symplify’s Head of Sales Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said: “Extending our partnership with Playbook Engineering means its leading brands can use our complete CRM and AI cloud solutions to drive growth. The results have been excellent since we began working with Playbook and we expect more of the same with these new brands.”
Playbook Engineering Commercial Director, Luke Cousins, commented: “Symplify continues to prove itself as an outstanding customer engagement solution for our portfolio of brands and we know these new operators will see an instant uptick in engagement and revenue.”
