Symplify extends MegaRush Casino partnership
Symplify, the Stockholm-based market leader in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has expanded its partnership with online casino operator, MegaRush Casino.
Following four successful years of collaboration, Symplify will now extend its CRM services to three additional brands under the MegaRush licence. The online casino provides a mobile-first service that includes a diverse collection of slots, scratchcards, live casino and instant win games.
The new agreement gives MegaRush and its brands access to Symplify’s proprietary Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules. These tools will enable MegaRush to incorporate another layer of engagement through customised and AI-optimised experiences.
Symplify’s Campaign and Journey Builder modules complement the existing CRM, working across multiple communication channels, with a focus on email, SMS, dynamic web content, and browser push notifications.
Symplify’s Head of Sales Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen said: “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with MegaRush as they have gone from strength to strength. Adding our Journey Builder and Campaign Manager to the package will enable MegaRush to engage with its casino players in a deeper, more personalised manner.”
MegaRush Casino spokesperson, commented: “Symplify has played a significant role in our growth since launch and we are very excited to roll out its services to another three brands. Utilising these new modules will allow us to acquire and retain new players as we drive the business forward.”
