THE BIGGEST DAY IN BINGO IS HERE

National Bingo Day returns for its fourth year running

 National Bingo Day celebrations are set to return on Thursday 27^th June 2024, with the Bingo industry joining forces to celebrate the love of the game and everything that makes it special.

Following the success over the last three years, operators from both retail and online will be coming together again to celebrate National Bingo Day, with a series of exclusive games, events, activities and promotions taking place in clubs and online throughout National Bingo Week (Monday 24^th – Sunday 30^th June) and National Bingo Day (Thursday 27^th June). Bingo players who introduce a friend to bingo during National Bingo Week will receive £10 in discount offers at that venue. Local T&Cs apply.

To further mark the occasion, a mystery celebrity bingo caller will be surprising players at one lucky club by hosting a special game of bingo ahead of National Bingo Day. This comes as new research commissioned by The Bingo Association revealed the nation’s favourite voices traits and accents as bingo goers know more than any the importance of a clear and distinct voice for calling the numbers. Irish accents came out on top as Britain’s favorite (15%), and warmth (38%) and smoothness (27%) were voted the most attractive voice traits.

On Friday 28^th June 2024, bingo clubs up and down the country will also be hosting a charity bingo game held in support of The Bingo Association’s charity, Variety – The Children’s Charity. The game, played in each bingo club, is expected to raise over £20,000 for the charity, which will contribute to the total £1.8m charitable donations made by the industry since 2015.
