ReferOn’s Alexia Gauci to Discuss Leading Change at the “Women in Gaming” Panel

Alexia Gauci, ReferOn’s B2B Sales Manager, will participate in an inspirational panel titled “Women in Gaming,” featuring some of the industry’s notable women and champions of diversity.
Alexia started her iGaming career in sales and account management, where she gained valuable experience on the client-facing side of operations. These early experiences catalyzed her as she quickly became a leading force in iGaming by developing crucial professional relationships and delivering results wherever she was. Today, using her leadership and status in the industry, she advocates to make iGaming careers accessible to everyone.
The “Women in Gaming” panel, moderated by Elvira Lan, 1win’s Chief Network Officer, will discuss how women in the iGaming industry can lead the charge to overcome gender and racial barriers and create a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
