Managed services division of Rokker, adds Customer Services, Player Retention and KYC, AML, Fraud and Payments services for International Clients

RokkerX – the managed services division of professional services and consulting business Rokker, has recently announced the launch of a new suite of services for international operator clients. Building on the success of the trading and trading support services it already offers, the business is now offering ‘Customer Service, ‘Player Retention’ and ‘KYC, AML, Fraud and Payments’ teams in response to overwhelming demand from the market.
Andy Rogers, Founder and CEO of Rokker said: “Over the last 12 months, we have successfully designed, launched and scaled up our business, which now boasts a team of over 50 colleagues across three global locations. This growth has been as a direct result of seeing clear demand from customers for the creation of an independent ‘one-stop-shop’ range of services to assist with global operational support.
“While there are a number of companies who provide these types of service in the market, they are almost exclusively tied to one platform or another; in a world where operators are looking for more flexibility and choice to give themselves a competitive advantage, we can now offer them the same level of control within their operational teams.â€
As part of RokkerX’s strategy, the company has created a new set of standardised commercials and operating models to make the onboarding of clients straightforward, and to also add clarity and efficiency into what has traditionally been a hard and expensive logistical challenge for operators who are undertaking this themselves.
Will Shallish, Pre-Sales Consultancy for RokkerX said “Since soft launching the proposition in July, we’ve had some very exciting conversations with both operators and platform providers, that are looking to offer best-in-class operational teams.
“We believe that RokkerX can provide the same level of care and attention to its client’s business and provide tailored services that align with their business aspirations.â€
