Fincore names Nemanja Maric as Chief Technology Officer
Fincore, the company behind the industry-leading Tri Software tech stack, has strengthened its senior team by appointing Nemanja Maric as Chief Technology Officer.
Maric is a technology specialist with a proven track record over a career spanning more than 17 years that has seen him drive innovation, foster collaborative environments and lead engineering teams at esteemed organisations such as Astria and Asseco.
Over this time, he has developed a leadership style that puts an emphasis on mentorship and development to ensure each team member is empowered to excel and achieve their full potential. By uniting teams under a shared vision, they can drive innovation and succeed in the dynamic tech world.
He will bring this track record to Fincore and the role of CTO where he will be responsible for ensuring alignment between the technology and wider business goals. To do this, he will work closely with Fincore CEO Mateja Popovic and the leadership team.
Maric will also work closely with Fincore’s software development teams, helping them grow by onboarding additional talent and guiding them to achieve and exceed internal KPIs in addition to driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation and enhancing team performance.
The appointment comes shortly after Fincore launched Tri Software, its flagship technology solution for online casino and sportsbook operators. TRI allows operators to take control of their technology to deliver a superior player experience.
Mateja Popovic, Chief Executive Officer of Fincore, said: “The appointment of Nemanja as Fincore Chief Technology Officer couldn’t come at a better time for the business following the official launch of our TRI Software solution.
“Fincore is a technology company at its core, and I couldn’t think of a more qualified person to step into the role of CTO than Nemanja. His experience and track record of success are unrivalled, and he will have a significant and immediate impact on the business.”
Nemanja Maric, Chief Technology Officer at Fincore, added: “I am hugely grateful to Mateja for giving me the opportunity to join Fincore and to work with the incredible team he has built.
“I am confident that my experience and skills can be of huge benefit to Fincore as it continues to develop its suite of solutions and I’m really looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and getting to work alongside some truly great people doing even greater things.”
