Promotions can be issued seamlessly through the back office, allowing users to view all available bonuses directly from their promo lobby. First available bonuses in iFrame are FreeBets. The FreeBet can be customized with options like validity period, eligible sports, line types (Live, Prematch), bet types (Single, Parlay), maximum odds, and FreeBet amount, providing flexibility to tailor the bonus to specific conditions.

Players can have multiple FreeBets with different settings and amounts available at the same time, allowing them to choose which one to use on a specific bet. The betslip clearly shows the conditions for each FreeBet, making it easy to use without needing to check the promo lobby for details.

GR8Tech’s iFrame CRM stands out in the market with its sophisticated tools for campaign management to analyze how the campaign is going and each player’s journey based on his ID. Operators can include players in a promotional campaign through various methods, depending on the integration specifics. These methods include uploading a list of player IDs via CSV or Players DWH, using Players Ref.code, API, selecting players from AMS Segments, or triggering inclusion through an Event Source or webhook tool. The available options depend on the integration setup and platform’s capabilities. The integration of webhooks allows seamless additions of players to promotional campaigns based on actions taken within the platform, creating a dynamic user engagement experience. A link can be placed anywhere on the operator’s side and when the user clicks this button, he is automatically added to the promo campaign.

All data on issued FreeBets is available in detailed reports through Tableau, provided as part of the standard reporting packages for operators. This allows for in-depth analysis and insights into campaign performance.
