Spillemyndigheden: Certification Programme Adjusted After Consultation

On 15 July 2024, the Danish Gambling Authority invited interested parties to comment on the updated certification programme for betting and online casino after the introduction of supplier licences. Now, the certification programme has been revised and submitted for notification at the EU.
During the consultation process, the Danish Gambling Authority received comments and questions for the updated certification programme. After the consultation, the Authority revised parts of the certification programme and gathered the most important information on the update of the certification programme in the document “Feedback on consultation on updated certification programme for betting and online casino”, which also includes questions and answers from the consultation process.
The updated certification programme is now submitted for notification. You can follow the notification process on the European Commission’s website.
