Bede Wins Skills Developer Award at Dynamites 2024

We’re pleased to announce our win at this year’s Dynamites Awards 2024, taking home the Skills Developer award for our commitment to developing our colleagues at all levels throughout Bede.Â
This award is recognition for our commitment to our people: constantly giving our colleagues the opportunity to develop and celebrating the hard work our team has put in to create an innovative Learning & Development Strategy.Â
The success comes down to the range of initiatives we implement such as; providing our colleagues with the means to take ownership of their learning and progression through our Career Development Framework and maximising our use of the apprenticeship levy (and other accreditations, such as IT Service Management) to invest in our technical skills.Â
We are also proud to partner with local schools and colleges to inspire young minds to pursue a future in technology, working with Cyberfirst to provide internships to nurture future talent. Â
A huge thank you to Dynamo North East for putting on a brilliant night celebrating the incredible work happening in the IT and Tech industry, and to our colleagues who make all our achievements happen.Â
