Black Cow Technology Secures Series A Funding from JJK Partners to Revolutionise Multiplayer iGaming

Black Cow Technology (“Black Cow”), a pioneer in Remote Gaming Server (“RGS”) software, has closed a landmark Series A funding round with JJK Partners (“JJK”), an investment firm focused on backing disruptive ventures in the iGaming sector.
Led by industry veterans Jeff Millar and Kevin Schubert, JJK’s investment marks a strategic step into the burgeoning Multiplayer iGaming market. This partnership highlights Black Cow’s pivotal role in shaping the future of online casino experiences.
The fresh capital will drive the expansion of Black Cow’s state-of-the-art Multiplayer Server technology suite and further solidify its leadership in single-player RGS solutions and modular progressive jackpots. With an option for additional investment from JJK, Black Cow is poised to fast-track its roadmap, with the first wave of Multiplayer table games and slot titles set to launch in Q2 2025.
As part of its growth strategy, Black Cow is actively engaging with game developers and operators who are eager to create groundbreaking Multiplayer iGaming content and experiences.
