Gaming Corps Secures Major Expansion in Global iGaming Partnership, Doubling Order Value
Gaming Corps, a publicly listed company in Sweden, is excited to announce the extension of its game development partnership with a leading global iGaming group, doubling the scope of the initial agreement. The updated contract increases the annual rolling order value to approximately MSEK 14, a significant boost to Gaming Corps’ revenue projections.
The original agreement, signed in August 2024, had an order value of around MSEK 7 for a 12-month period. This new agreement enhances the collaboration and will allow for the development of approximately one game per month. Additionally, this agreement will be perpetual so will guarantee a consistent stream of game development.
Games developed under this agreement will be powered by Gaming Corps’ Remote Game Server (RGS) and distributed through its extensive global network. As with the initial partnership, the agreement includes a mutually beneficial profit-sharing structure.
Gaming Corps’ Chief Executive Officer, Juha Kauppinen, commented on the development: “Already the initial order value was at a level that had a significant impact on our turnover, so this doubling of the scope of the collaboration at the same time as it has also been changed to a rolling perpetual agreement, is of course fantastic news for the company and all shareholders. Even though we know that we maintain very high quality regarding our game development, it is also nice to receive such a clear receipt from an established player that we deliver unique gaming experiences to their customers. The fact that the agreement has been changed to a perpetual agreement also shows the long-term nature of this collaboration. Without saying too much, we are also having a dialogue about deepening this collaboration further in the future.”
This extension signifies a major milestone in Gaming Corps’ strategy to grow its portfolio and enhance its standing within the competitive global iGaming market.
