Parimatch Hosts Rooftop Meet & Greet with Sunil Narine

Parimatch has hosted an exclusive meet-and-greet with cricket legend Sunil Narine. Held on March 19, the event titled “Stay at the Top of Your Game” was led by renowned sports anchor MC Russh, giving fans and media a unique opportunity to engage with one of the most exciting bowlers in world cricket.
Hosted at the stunning rooftop venue of Scrapyard Brewing Co. with panoramic views of Kolkata, the session perfectly reflected Narine’s philosophy of always staying at the top of his game.
The event kicked off with a Q&A session where Sunil Narine shared insights into his journey with the Kolkata team, reflecting on his most memorable performances and the passionate support of Riders’s team fans. He spoke about his role in the team and the influence of various captains on his career. Narine also emphasised the importance of brand collaborations in a cricketer’s career and encouraged young players to stay true to their skills.
After the Q&A session there was a Time Wheel split into categories each offering even more exciting questions. The host was spinning the Wheel and Narine answered the questions, keeping the atmosphere vibrant and the audience engaged.
The highlight of the evening was the surprise appearance of Sunil Narine’s double, who asked him a fun and intriguing question: “If you could be at two places at once, where would the real you go—and where would you send me?” This playful moment added a lighthearted touch to the event.
Fans also had the chance to ask Sunil about his journey with Kolkata team, from a dressing room story they hadn’t heard before to whether he enjoys more batting or bowling, and what career he might have chosen if not for cricket.
The event concluded with a memorable photo session with Narine, providing fans with the perfect opportunity to capture the moment with the cricketing icon. In addition to the exciting activities, attendees were given exclusive Parimatch merchandise, making the event even more special.
Reflecting on the session, Sunil Narine commented:
“It’s always a big pleasure to connect with the fans, and I’m really thankful to Parimatch for giving me another chance to get closer to them and share my story. Cricket has given me so much, and I’m excited to give my energy back. I’m pumped for the Indian T20 League and can’t wait to give my best for everyone who’s been supporting me.”
