Glitnor Group Launches Vera&John Adds Fourth Brand To Swedish Portfolio

Glitnor Group is delighted to announce the launch of Vera&John, which will become the Group’s fourth brand. The licensing of Vera&John represents a triumphant return to a brand originally launched back in 2011 by Glitnor Group founders Dan Andersson and Jorgen Nordlund. With many other key figures at Glitnor involved with Vera&John in its formative years, today’s announcement matches business acumen with a sentimental attachment to a fantastic brand.
David Schwieler, LCKY Group CEO, said “The brand still has strong recognition, and we believe there’s untapped potential in reintroducing it with intention, creativity and a bit of heart. It reflects our ambition to re-engage with players who remember Vera&John fondly, while bringing new energy to a brand that deserves it.”
The Vera&John brand, widely recognized in Sweden, with its distinctive magenta colouring and cross-demographic appeal, has enormous potential to become one of the standout names in Swedish iGaming, and the Group envisages a bright future.
“We are so excited at what the future holds, with the strength of the brand and the impressive work of our team in obtaining the license so quickly, the possibilities are endless,” said Monroe Schmidt, Chief of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.
