Quentin Stott: ‘We stand full-square behind EAG which is the biggest show of its type on the UK calendar’

Acknowledging the platform that EAG provides to showcase brands as well as products Reflex Managing Director Quentin Stott explained: “We’re extremely proud to be a fully-owned British company, predominantly surrounded by large, internationally owned competitors of significant scale and I’d like to think that we punch well above our weight. As EAG is on home turf, it’s a fantastic opportunity to remind show visitors of our proud heritage. The branding made a big impact during EAG 2025 and it is still resonating months later which reflects positively on the influence that the show has on helping to shape conversations and to project profile.”

Confirming his support for an event which brings together the entire gaming and amusements supply chain under one roof Quentin Stott noted: “We stand full-square behind EAG which is the biggest show of its type on the UK calendar and hope that it continues a growth trajectory which has seen a 69 percent uplift in attendance since 2022.

“There’s no doubt that EAG 2025 was a strong show for us and the zoning of the different sectors worked extremely well.  Historically, the noise levels in the amusements area often drowned out our ability to engage with customers and the quieter environment in the London Casino and Gaming Show was much more conducive to having a dialogue and enabling the team to explain game features, new technologies and of course outline our vision for the future.”

Focussing on EAG’s reputation for being the most influential business opportunity of the year the Reflex product development team is fully concentrated on January 2026. “It’s always nice to have something new for EAG” agreed Stott. “The team is doing its utmost to have the first big reveal at EAG, however, the vast majority of our efforts are being channelled into the continual production of new game content, and with a monthly game release, EAG is the launchpad for the latest and greatest content.”

Highlighting the importance of the close dialogue exhibitors enjoy with the EAG organising team he stated: “I think Chairman Nick Harding and Show Director Nicola Lazenby have put in a huge amount of effort by getting out and meeting face to face with exhibitors to understand their experiences and the recommendations of the customer base. Not every exhibitor will have faced the same issues, but ultimately we must work side by side to ensure that EAG provides the very best opportunity and experience for the entire industry comprising both exhibitors and visitors. I really do hope that the show continues to grow. It certainly deserves to.”
