Scientific Games Completes Acquisition of NYX Gaming Group

LAS VEGAS, January 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Scientific Games Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) (“Scientific Games” or the “Company”) announced today that it is done with the previously announced acquisition of NYX Gaming Group Limited (TSXV: NYX) (“NYX”).

In association with the fulfilment of the acquisition, it is anticipated that the NYX ordinary shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange on or before the close of business on January 10, 2018.
