Codere names new CEO, non-executive chairman

Vicente Di Loreto assumes as the new Chief Executive of Codere and Norman Sorensen Valdez as the Non-Executive Chairman following their commissioning by the organisation.
Di Loreto who is a founding partner of G3M Partners was precedingly its Chief Executive until shaking hands with Codere.
Di Loreto who has adorned the position of management in several other preponderant companies, namely Pepsi, Bunge and Grupo Clarín is now assigned to administer and lead the executive’s functions within Codere.
Di Loreto stated: “It is time to strengthen Codere’s leadership in its current markets, while increasing resources and efforts in on-line markets, enhancing the integration between them and enriching the value proposition for our customers.”
“All of this without neglecting growth opportunities that could arise, particularly in a market such as Brazil, which is not yet regulated.”
Valdez takes on his new role as Non-Executive Chairman having been a member of the Codere’s Board of Directors since 2016.
He will be tasked with developing corporate Government tasks and providing his experience in the design of the business strategy.
Valdez said: “We face this new stage of Codere with the hope of making a great project grow.”
“We have the certainty of being able to count on the talent and potential to face a promising future to continue at the forefront of the private gaming sector.”
