Ladbrokes Coral, Kindred sign with Football DataCo

Ladbrokes Coral and Kindred Group have emerged as the latest preponderant operators to procure partnership with Football DataCo, the British-based company in the football industry that grants licenses to third parties.
Both companies have entered into a long-term data usage licence agreement which will authorise them to start using matchday data for all English Premier League, English Football League and Scottish Professional Football League matches.
In compliance with the deal, the data can be used across digital channels, as well as in retail for Ladbrokes Coral across the UK, Ireland, Spain and Italy.
Adrian Ford, the General Manager of Football DataCo, said: “British football is a cornerstone of betting businesses, with Football DataCo’s high quality data a key component in driving turnover. Our agreements with Ladbrokes Coral and Kindred Group recognise DataCo’s intellectual property and the requirement to have a data usage licence.”
Lately in November, Football DataCo signed similar deals with both Genius Sports and Perform Group, while the company also has partnerships in place like with Bet365, Paddy Power Betfair, SkyBet and William Hill.
