Meet the experts of the “Effective Marketing and Communications” panel at Prague Gaming Summit 2018

Prague – 8 March 2018 – The 2nd edition of “the most successful boutique-style gaming event in Prague” is almost here and we would like to start highlighting some of the panels from which as an operator in the online gambling industry can benefit.

Such is the panel which has been specially designed to discuss some the most effective marketing and communications in the Sports Betting Industry.

The speaker of the panel are Michal Shinitzky (Pangea Localization Services), Assaf Stieglitz (odds1x2.com) and Yakir Firestane (Northern and Shell – Health Lottery)

The panel will be moderated by Tal Itzhak Ron (Tal Ron, Drihem and Co. Law Firm) who is a General Member of International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL), practicing in Hi Tech, Mobile Applications law, Digital Media, i-Gaming and Financial Entertainment law.

Tal graduated from Haifa University School of Law (LL.B.) and Faculty of Computer Science (B.Sc.), and while working as a software developer at a publicly traded software company, NESS Technologies group, has further obtained a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University (M.Sc). Tal established Tal Ron, Drihem & Co., Law Firm in 2003, focusing on Online Trading, Ad Tech, Hi Tech, M&A, Fin Tech and iGaming, quickly becoming one of the first international law firms practicing solely on these areas, advising top-tier international clients in these fields. Michal Shinitzky (Pangea Localization Services)

Michal has had over 15 years’ experience in the iGaming sector, working as a senior manager at a few leading companies including 888 and PokerStars. With extensive knowledge in gaming, marketing as well as expertise in translation, localization and content, Michal eventually launched her own company in 2015. Pangea is a translation and copywriting company, mainly serving clients from the Casino, Poker, Bingo and online gaming sector as well as trading industry. Bringing her experience and professionalism to Pangea as managerial director has surely been one of Michal’s greatest achievements.

Assaf Stieglitz (odds1x2.com)

Founder and owner of odds1x2.com, a Sports Betting Odds Comparison company which operates in partnership with many betting sites through affiliation. Assaf’s company also provides bespoke B2B services to other companies in the market.

As a Software Engineer with a deep knowledge of sports betting, Assaf started to build the core technology of the business way back in 2003 and in 2004 he launched his first affiliation site. Since than the company has expanded and penetrated new markets – such as horse racing – while establishing a few dedicated sites for these markets. As a veteran in the industry, Assaf has extensive knowledge and experience in the sports betting business both as an affiliate and as a service provider to other related companies.

Yakir Firestane (Northern and Shell – Health Lottery)

Yakir Firestane is a digital specialist with ten years of experience in online products and marketing. During the past three years, he has been leading the digital transformation of The Health Lottery and the gaming titles under the Northern and Shell group. During that time, The Health Lottery went from being a retail-focused business to one of the most digitally advanced lotteries in Europe, with 50% of its revenues coming from online with the only live lottery in Europe available every 3 minutes. The transformation process has resulted in doubling the digital revenues for the company and consequently doubling the contributions to good causes from online sales. Born in Russia and raised in Israel, Firestane holds a BA in Business and Psychology from Tel Aviv University and resides in London.
