SKS365 to implement real-time AI fraud prediction and identification systems

Featurespace, the world’s leading provider of Adaptive Behavioural Analytics for fraud detection and risk management, announced that SKS365 Group, a multi-licensed international bookmaker and gaming operator headquartered in Rome, Italy, and with offices across Europe, has selected its ARIC Fraud Hub to predict and identify fraudulent activity in real time, while reducing friction for its more than 1.5 million registered customers in Europe.
A provider of one of the fastest-growing sports betting portals in Europe, planetwin365, SKS365 was seeking a fraud prevention solution that provided real-time alerts of suspicious deposits and withdrawals, customisable control of risk score thresholds and comprehensive fraud analysis, tracking and reporting. Following a competitive evaluation process, SKS365 selected Featurespace for its adaptive behavioural analytics, which model normal customer behaviours and detect anomalies, optimizing time and processes. In addition, Featurespace’s ARIC Fraud Hub provides SKS365 with full control over the editing and creation of new rules, as well as a sandbox staging environment to create and test rules before live deployment.
“Solving the fraud challenge in our industry is particularly difficult because criminals always develop new tools to cheat our systems and defraud others, to win we must be always a step forward” said Louisa Curran, Head of Fraud and Payments at SKS365. “Overcoming this challenge, as we are rapidly scaling, calls for an intelligent solution that can grow with us and detect and prevent legitimate attacks. Featurespace allows us to achieve this, allowing us to reinvest our resources into maintaining the integrity of planetwin365 and the trust that our genuine customers have placed in us and it.”
“We are thrilled and motivated by SKS365’s decision to select Featurespace to protect their customers from real-time attack. A task we have been performing for the gaming sector for ten years,” said Martina King, CEO at Featurespace. “Choosing our ARIC platform illustrates SKS365′ focus on enhancing its services through innovation to accelerate revenue growth, decrease losses, risk and increase its overall customer acceptance rate.”
PWC awarded Featurespace the U.K. Tech Award for Innovation of the Year and was also recognised by the Cambridge Independent as “AI Company of the Year”.
The ARIC Fraud Hub is deployed globally, where it risk scores more than 50 billion transactions and account interactions for its clients, which include a number of leading banks, as well as Betfair, the world’s largest online betting exchange and William Hill, one of the world’s leading gambling companies and one of the largest bookmakers.
