ANNOUNCEMENT ON SPORTOTO TENDER IN TURKEY
INTRALOT informs the investor community that on 11/02/2019 we submitted through INTELTEK, our subsidiary in Turkey, an offer to the Sportoto State Organization competition for the management of Sports Betting for 10 years. INTELTEK submitted its final financial offer on 13/02/2019 and awaits the decision of the Competition Committee.
INTELTEK has been active in Turkey’s sports betting market since 2004 and manages the current IDDAA betting license with a contract expiring on 28/08/2019.
In addition to participating in INTELTEK, INTRALOT owns 50.01% of BILYONER, one of Turkey’s online betting agents, with a market share of approximately 40% of the online market. BILYONER’s activity accounts for 42% of INTRALOT’s EBIDTA and 55% of INTRALOT’s revenues in Turkey.
