Enteractive hails landmark ICE London appearance
Significant interest shown for its (Re)activation Cloud
Enteractive, the leading provider of player retention solutions to the global gaming industry, has hailed its first ever appearance at ICE London as a major success following significant interest in its core offering.
The Malta-based company showcased its full range of innovative player retention solutions, including its new (Re)activation Cloud service – an AI-driven platform designed for comprehensive player reactivation.
During the exhibition between 5-7th February at London ExCeL, a live traffic map was displayed at the stand, which highlighted real-time inbound and outbound calls including deposits from Enteractive’s Malta head office.
Additionally, delegates were treated to fluffy candy floss to celebrate the launch of its new cloud service, as well as free cups of coffee and bottles of beer.
Andrew Foster, Head of Business Development at Enteractive, said he was encouraged by the quality of operators who visited the stand during the exhibition.
He said: “We couldn’t be happier with how our debut year exhibiting at ICE London went. The stand gave us the perfect platform to discuss in more detail how our services can significantly increase reactivation rates of lapsed users.
“We received plenty of interest for our new (Re)activation Cloud with senior executives from operators seemingly open to embracing new techniques when it comes to customer retention. With the service resulting in up to 50% of players re-depositing, we’re excited to explore the opportunities that exist in getting these operators on board.”
