Grupo Vid renews and extends reach of Aristocrat distributorship in Spain
Málaga-based gaming machine distributor, Grupo Vid has renewed its contract with global gaming solutions provider Aristocrat Technologies for the distribution and maintenance of its Salon games in the Spanish market.
In addition to Andalusia, the contract also includes Grupo Vid’s exclusive distribution rights into the regions of Castille-La Mancha, Rioja and the Basque Country – a combined area encompassing over 35 per cent of Spanish territory and more than 27 per cent of the national population.
Grupo Vid Commercial Director, Pilar Mancilla said, “We have enjoyed the longest standing commercial relationship with Aristocrat since they first entered the Spanish market in 2008. The latest portfolio of Aristocrat Salon games is showing great promise in existing installations across Andalusia and, following recent upgrades to the player interface, we are optimistic that 2019 will see an even greater resurgence in their popularity.”

DiffusionData Appoints Raphael Vergnaud as CRO

Prior to joining DiffusionData, Raphael held senior roles in Canada with Montrium and Zendrive, and was CRO at Keatext. Prior to that he was the Regional VP Sales at Tangoe.
As CRO, Raphael will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all revenue-generating activities at DiffusionData. This includes sales and marketing with the objective of maximising revenue and driving business growth through effective strategies and operations.

His core competencies include new business development, sales strategy, and performance sales team creation. Having worked extensively in the US and EMEA, he is experienced in complex sales processes and thrives on delivering results.

Kindred Group Announces Changes in the Board of Directors
Kindred Group plc announced that after settlement of the public offer launched by La Française des Jeux on Kindred, its Board of Directors has received the resignations of the Chairman of the Board, Evert Carlsson, and the Directors James H. Gemmel, Cédric Boireau, Andrew McCue, Jonas Jansson and Kenneth Shea, which resignations have been rendered effective on 14 October 2024. Heidi Skogster and Martin Randel will remain directors until their term of office expiring on Kindred’s next annual general meeting to be held in 2025.
In accordance with article 77 of the Company’s articles of association, with effect from 14 October 2024, the Board of Directors of Kindred has elected Pascal Chaffard, Edeline Minaire and Célia Vérot as new Directors upon proposal of La Française des Jeux, in replacement of the resigning Directors and in order to fill some of the casual vacancies arising as a result of the abovementioned resignations. The appointment of such Directors shall be for a term which shall expire at Kindred’s next annual general meeting to be held in 2025. Pascal Chaffard has been elected as new Chairperson of the Board.
Following these changes, the Board of Directors of Kindred will consist of Pascal Chaffard, Edeline Minaire, Célia Vérot, Heidi Skogster and Martin Randel.
In addition, with effect from 14 October 2024, the Company’s Audit Committee shall be composed of Heidi Skogster (Chairperson), Martin Randel and Edeline Minaire, while the Company’s Remuneration Committee shall be composed of Pascal Chaffard (Chairperson), Martin Randel and Heidi Skogster.
