On Sunday night, a resident of the Montreal South Shore, Mr. Luc Cecyre, was the lucky winner of Vegas Nights’ $1 million grand prize draw. Mr. Cecyre was in attendance at the Casino when his entry was drawn.
He will share his prize with his wife and plans to celebrate tonight at the Casino with family and friends : « I don’t know when we will go to bed but it will not be early » said the lucky winner. The first thing he wants to do with his winnings is to go to California to play golf with a few loved ones.
Vegas Nights promotion at the casino
Vegas Nights kicked off at the casinos on January 14, and ended with a $1 million grand prize draw at the Casino de Montréal, the results of which were broadcast live at all four casinos.
Throughout the promotion period, casino attendees could earn entries for tonight’s $1 million grand prize draw. The winner was selected at random from all the entries received at all four casinos since the promotion began.
Several other draws preceded the grand prize draw—they began at 2 p.m. and offered up $5,000 prizes every hour. Finally, the $1M grand prize draw was held at 7 p.m.
