Innovative Technology grows Italian operations
Innovative Technology, leading provider of banknote validation and recycling technology, have recently welcomed Paolo Mattavelli to their Italian Operations as Customer Support Engineer. Paolo is based at Innovative’s Milan office delivering both remote and field-based technical support across ITL’s network of gaming, amusement, retail and vending customers.
Stefano Mandelli, Business Development Manager for Innovative Technology S.r.l, said, “We are delighted to welcome Paolo to the ITL team. He has over 15 years’ experience in the industry having previously worked for some of our major customers he already has an in-depth knowledge of ITL products. Paolo is well-known in the industry and has a wealth of both technical and commercial experience of payment systems, making him ideal for the position. Having already met many of our customers he is providing excellent sales support, product integration assistance and customer management.”
Commenting on his new position, Paolo said, “My role is to offer technical support for ITL’s Italian customer base andresponsibilities include providing hands-on experience of software integration, installations, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance and product training. My role includes travel across Italy and Southern Europe meeting ITL customers across the region. Having previously worked in a similar role, I am really enjoying using my experience to assist our customers and feel lucky to be working for such a successful market leader in the field. I am impressed with ITL’s product range and how this is making a real difference in the industry. I look forward to seeing many more opportunities open up in the future as product development continues.”
