Habanero pens Playtech Open Platform partnership
Distribution deal to enhance provider’s global reach
Premium slots and table games provider Habanero has partnered with world-leading omni-channel gaming company Playtech to boost its distribution via its open platform.
The deal sees Habanero’s full portfolio of over 100 slots, 13 table games and 10 video poker offerings made available to licensees on the Playtech Open Platform (POP), which supports operators on any channel or device.
It means brands signed up to POP will have access to titles such as Colossal Gems, Nuwa, Lucky, Mount Mazuma and 5 Lucky Lions, as well as baccarat, roulette and video poker titles.
Arcangelo Lonoce, European Head of Business Development at Habanero, said: “Playtech boasts some of the industry’s very best content aggregation technology and we are thrilled to be a part of it.
“Their vast array of operators will help us reach more players than ever before and we look forward to impressing them with our vast portfolio. It’s an exciting time to be a part of the Habanero team as we expand globally.”
James Frendo, Director of Casino at Playtech, added: “Habanero creates some of the most engaging and exciting titles in the industry and we are delighted to have access to their full portfolio of slots and table games.
“It’s important that we continue to offer operators content of the highest quality and this partnership will ensure we do that. We look forward to working with Habanero to achieve its goals.”
