Highlight Games Announces Acquisition Of Exclusive Rights To Greek Football League Video Footage

London-based video virtual sports specialist Highlight Games Limited announces that it has acquired the rights to access hours of archive Greek Super League football footage which will be used to create a new SOCCERBET product for Greek and Cypriot markets.

Footage of the greatest goals, commentary and play from selected teams in Greece’s Super League will be used by Highlight Games to create a Greek iteration of its highly successful SOCCERBET product in both league and single match formats.

The Greek Super League’s most famous and iconic clubs will be featured in the Greek iteration of SOCCERBET, including; AEK Athens, Aris Thessaloniki, Asteras T, Atromitos, Giannina, Olympiakos, Levadiakos, Panathinaikos, Panionios, PAOK Salonika, Platanias and Xanti.

Italian iterations of SOCCERBET, which feature exclusively licensed archive footage from the biggest clubs in the Italian Serie A league, were launched by Highlight Games in February 2019 and are currently the number one performing virtual sports games in Italy across all channels.

In addition to Greek and Italian SOCCERBET, Highlight Games’ NBA Last 60 basketball product, which uses exclusively licensed footage from the NBA, will also be available to customers in Greece and Cyprus via retail, online, and mobile channels.
