SBTech agrees five-year sportsbook platform extension with Argyll Entertainment

Rapidly growing operator pens long-term partnership with SBTech to continue high growth in UK and Europe
SBTech, the leading technology supplier to the regulated iGaming sector, has agreed a long-term sportsbook platform extension with Argyll Entertainment, enabling the multi-brand operator to leverage SBTech’s cutting-edge technology and continue its sustained growth in the UK and Europe.
Argyll Entertainment, winners of the Innovative Start-up of the Year at the 2018 EGR Marketing & Innovation Awards, has seen exponential growth since migrating to SBTech’s award-winning sportsbook and iGaming platform in 2017.
In committing to a five-year extension, Argyll Entertainment’s premium Sportnation brand will be able to further utilise SBTech’s next-generation APIs to build its own differentiated user interface, unique user experiences and front-end features, initially for the UK market.
In addition, the brand will continue to benefit from SBTech’s full gaming turnkey solution, a fully integrated customer management platform and risk management services.
This extension further cements SBTech as the go-to B2B technology partner of choice for premier sports betting and gaming brands in Europe and an accelerator for rapid market growth, driving significant growth for its tier one customers across both established and newly regulated markets in recent years.
The multi award-winning SBTech platform enables its partners to deliver best-in-class products and differentiated user experiences to players, both in established and emerging territories through a fully localised solution. Combined with one of the industry’s most powerful bonus engines and extensive responsible gaming tools, partners enjoy above-market growth rates across Europe.
Andrew Cochrane, Chief Development Officer, SBTech, said: “We’re delighted to sign another major long-term sportsbook and iGaming platform contract extension. Argyll are a rapidly growing force in sports betting, and the combination of our industry-leading technology and their ambitious goals for the next five years, and innovative marketing, will continue to see them achieve further success launching new and existing brands into the UK and other international regulated markets.â€
Stuart Tilly, CEO, Argyll Entertainment, said: “Our partnership with SBTech has proven a huge success, enabling us to offer our players unique and highly memorable sports betting experiences, and I’m thrilled that we will continue to grow together for a further five years as we look to build on record revenues and push forward into new territories.â€
