Gaming Laboratories International Expands APAC Team in Australia

Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®) continues to grow its Australian team and welcomes Barrie Wilson as Manager of Client Services. In his role, he will work with land-based, iGaming, and lottery clients in the APAC region. He will be based in the company’s Sydney lab.
Wilson joins the team with a unique skillset and has an impressive background in leadership and management roles throughout his career. Most recently, he served as a Professional Year instructor at Performance Education in Sydney, training students on strategies for successfully integrating into the Australian business workforce. He has also served as a business instructor at Atwea Community College in Newcastle and at Queen Ann College in Sydney.
Previously, Wilson had a long career at a major retail chain in Australia, serving as Store Manager, Group Manager, and Area Manager, opening stores, and developing teams at all levels.
APAC General Manager Samantha Powell said, “We are thrilled to welcome Barrie to the GLI team. His diverse background of leadership and business will be extremely beneficial to GLI’s clients. In particular, his abilities to help people grow beyond their current borders and to explore new territories will be very helpful to clients who want to expand their footprint.”
