Casino mogul faces arrest over financial fraud

Kazuo Okada, the top-notch casino honcho in the Philippines, is reportedly facing arrest in the Philippines over a case for misappropriating over $3 million from his own former casino Manila. The Philippine Department of Justice has issued an arrest warrant against him.
The charges are that Okada either by mistake or fraud Okada took the funds in salary or consultancy fees that were not known by Tiger Resorts and were given by the former President of Tiger Resorts.
The exact whereabouts of Okada is not known. It is not even clear whether he is in the Philippines or elsewhere. For the record, Okada has always denied any wrongdoing.
