New Law for Gambling Zone Investors comes into force in Russia

The Russian government has adopted a new legislation for gambling zone investors in the country. According to the new law, if a gambling zone is closed or its borders are changed before the expiration of 10 years from the date of its creation, the actual damage suffered by the business will be refunded to investors. The Russian government will be the authority to determine the amount of compensation and compensation for real damage.
As per the law, if the gambling zone is scheduled for closure, investors will have at least three years since the adoption of the relevant government to eliminate the gambling zone. The law will come into effect after three months from the date of its official publication.
