Jogo Global granted UKGC Licence
Entry into key market set to spark significant growth for content and platform provider
Jogo Global, the fast-growing platform provider and casino content developer, has been granted its licence by the UK Gambling Commission.
Jogo Global is now able to target UK-licensed operators with its range of products and services that spans gaming platforms, premium mobile, online and land based content, as well as customised software development and a gamification platform.
Securing a Remote Gambling Software and Games Host (Casino) licence marks a significant milestone in the company’s history and represents the next step in its ambitious business development strategy.
Jogo Global is already in talks with a host of UK operators regarding its services and expects to finalise several commercial agreements over the coming months.
David Marcus, Jogo Global Group CEO, said: “I am delighted we have secured our UKGC licence, which is one of the world’s most recognised online gambling markets. With this key achievement in our history now reached, we can focus our efforts on delivering first-in-class services to a wide range of UK-licensed operators.
“We are already hard at work preparing a number of high-profile deals that will highlight Jogo Global’s commitment to quality and our strong ambitions for this important market.”
Obtaining a UKGC licence is the latest in a string of developments that has seen Jogo Global grow in recent months, which includes the recent partnership with consultancy firm SCCG Management as part of its continued efforts towards expansion, which came after the high-profile appointments of Gaming Realms co-founder Simon Collins as non-executive chairman, and Robb Vecchio as Managing Director of its US division.
