Symplify enhances RG Engine to meet latest UKGC criteria
Symplify, market leaders in CRM and AI cloud solutions, has enhanced its Responsible Gaming Engine to bring it in line with the latest UKGC criteria.
Symplify’s Responsible Gaming Engine is fully UKGC compliant after meeting the highest technical standards demanded by the department. The RG Engine automates the risk categorisation of players which forms a pivotal element within Symplify’s CRM ecosystem.
Highly accurate results are achieved by algorithmically analysing player activity such as deposits and wagering patterns. These categories are then used in other parts of the Symplify ecosystem such as multi-channel send-outs to “at risk” players.
Additional RG security is provided by exploring session duration, login activity and other factors. The RG Engine works across multiple verticals and is designed to support operators in creating bespoke journeys to automate the communication. A specialist Symplify RG team is available on demand to optimise the process if required.
Symplify will be showcasing its latest RG Engine developments and powerful CRM ecosystem at SBC Summit Barcelona on Stand E17 and E21.
Symplify’s Chief Innovation Officer Josh Tromans-Jones said: “Symplify prides itself on being able to quickly identify responsible gambling behaviours and communicate in a personalised manner that creates safe gaming environments. It was important to ensure the RG Engine is qualified for the UK market given its standing within the iGaming landscape.”
