Dafabet extends agreement with Comtrade Gaming
Dafabet, the Philippines-based betting company, has signed a new partnership deal with Comtrade Gaming, a Slovenia-based technology supplier to the gaming industry. As per the new agreement, Dafabet will continue to use Comtrade platform until 2022. The original deal between these two companies came into effect in 2014. There will be additional developments surrounding the deal, such as multi-channel player relationships, product diversifications and entry into new markets.
“Extending our contract with Comtrade Gaming was an easy choice to make because they continuously substantiate their technical expertise by delivering products that meet our priorities and standards,” explains Dimitris Karatzas, CEO of Dafabet. “Having a platform that supports zero downtime upgrades and unparalleled levels of stability allows us to focus on our business strategy, while Comtrade Gaming looks after the technology that supports it.”
The latest iCore features were debuted at ICE 2018 and include advancements in 360° player view and life-cycle management strategies to better engage, acquire and reactivate all player segments. Adjustments to platform capabilities now allow configuration and scalability along any operator size, business preferences, requirements and regulatory conditions.
“We are delighted to have signed a significant extension with Dafabet,” says Steven Valentine, Comtrade Gaming’s Director of Interactive. “Our partnership is very successful and working with one of the largest operators in Asia gives us great experience in a market that faces new challenges on a daily basis. Comtrade Gaming’s flexible approach and commitment to client satisfaction is perfectly matched to meet the demands of Asia’s competitive igaming landscape.”
