DraftKings starts online casino in New Jersey

DraftKings has initiated the online casino operation in New Jersey. Its mobile app sportsbook has already been launched in the state.
Now DraftKings Casino was integrated into the DraftKings Sportsbook app and is available to bettors in New Jersey.
DraftKings Casino is now available only on Android devices and the only game live at the moment is blackjack. More games and an iOS app are expected to launch in the future.
Just like DraftKings Sportsbook platform, DraftKings Casino is licensed under Resorts Atlantic City.
Online casino platforms are also operated in resorts and hold a license for PokerStars and Mohegan Sun. Online casinos in the state generate around $25m a month.
DraftKings was a fantasy sports site in the beginning, an alternative to sports betting. Now, DraftKings operates both online and land-based sports betting operations in multiple US states as well as an online casino in New Jersey.
This launch puts DraftKings on the same playing field as other operators in the state like 888, PokerStars and SugarHouse.
