Gauselmann Group turns its employees into “brand ambassadors”

The Gauselmann Group in Germany has launched a new programme in which the employees are turned into “brand ambassadors”. They are appearing in a series of job advertisements for the company.
“At a time of struggle for suitable professionals, employees can play a decisive role in the job market, because who better to see the benefits of an employer, for example, the optimum working conditions of an ideal work-life balance or excellent training and opportunities for advancement when the workers themselves?” the company said.
A total of 16 trainees, dual students, interns and employees from different areas have spent a week being photographed in typical work environments at the company’s locations in Espelkamp and Lübbecke.
“Together with our advertising professionals in the house we developed for the individual motives then matching headlines, at the same time emphasize the variety of career opportunities within the company,” Schürmeyer, who is responsible for internal coordination and successful implementation of the campaign project said.
