CIRSA Confirms Antonio Grau as New CFO

Spanish gaming and leisure company Grupo CIRSA SA has confirmed the appointment of Antonio Grau as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Grau will join the CIRSA Executive Leadership Team this October replacing incumbent CFO David Royo, who revealed during Q2 trading that he had decided to end his 13-year tenure heading CIRSA financial units.
Grau is the former CFO of Spanish multinational publishing company Grupo Planeta and low-cost airline company Vueling.
Grau will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and oversight of CIRSA’s business activities across nine countries, in which the company operates 140 casinos, 82 bingo halls and 3000 betting points for sport.
CIRSA has announced that Royo will continue to serve as a corporate director, advising the organisation on expansion projects in South America and on further guidance for growth.
