Wishmaker will use Fast Track Platform for Centralised Player Engagement
Wishmaker will use Fast Track’s real-time data and automation capabilities to enhance player experiences.
Launched in 2018, Wishmaker has had a focus on using technology to drive great player experiences from day one. The site features rich gamification and a loyalty scheme aimed at keeping players entertained and engaged.
Recently acquired by Spiffbet, Wishmaker will now be joining sister brands, such as Cashmio and Buster Banks, in using Fast Track’s real-time player engagement platform to further enrich their offering.
“We are really keen on harmonising Wishmaker with our other brands and using Fast Track’s solution for optimising Wishmaker’s performance. We are happy to say that we are very pleased with the solution that Fast Track delivers to us and we are looking forward to unlocking additional value of future acquisitions together with Fast Track” says Maria Boelius, Head of Casino Operations at Spiffbet.
Fast Track and Wishmaker share a foundation of technology-led innovation, and the partnership will allow Wishmaker to take advantage of Fast Track’s cutting-edge tech stack. This includes a new initiative to make machine learning accessible to operators, set to launch early next year. It also sees Spiffbet and Fast Track strengthen their existing relationship.
“I am personally excited to be partnering with Wishmaker, who have been so invested in using the right technology to deliver experiences for their players. It’s something we are very passionate about at Fast Track. We are also pleased to be extending our relationship with Spiffbet, having worked with several of their brands for over the last two years” said Christopher Hirst, Co-founder and CCO of Fast Track.
