inSTREAMLY is Offering a €5000 Product Placement Campaign to PC Game Devs for Free
inSTREAMLY launches a new type of campaign to support small and midsize game dev studios.
inSTREAMLY has called for developers from around the world making PC games to submit their projects to a new contest “May the Stream be with You”, with the best entrant receiving a €5000 product placement campaign.
Great ideas need support. The inSTREAMLY Developer Contest will provide studios with a greater chance to showcase their projects, enter the market and reach an audience. The contest isn’t open to anyone, as there are certain entry requirements. To qualify, the game must have already been released and designed for PC.
The contest starts today and is open for all those in Europe, the Americas, the CIS, and Asia. Any studio can compete for the prize fund of the competition. Applications will be accepted from May 10th to May 24th. The team that created the best game project will be announced May 30–31. For more information please visit:
Contest rules:
- Submissions: Create a post pitch on your brand’s Twitter or Facebook account. Upload gameplay trailer and write a description of why your game is fun to watch. Don’t forget to add #MayTheStreamBeWithYou hashtag and tag @inSTREAMLY in the post!
- Game genre: It doesn’t matter what genre your game is . The only thing to remember is that it has to be PC only and must be out already, before the beginning of this contest.
- Review: The jury consisting of professional streamers will choose one brand that shows the greatest originality and quality of the game, but also the best positioning and articulation of the game’s contribution. The board will judge both the pitch and the game.
- Results: Results will be announced through our social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and on the contest’s official page
“One of the goals of inSTREAMLY is to support creators,” said Wiktoria Wójcik, co-founder of inSTREAMLY. “We understand the challenges game developers face.
Marketing and promotion for games can be pretty competitive, and being streamed by streamers and watched by their viewers can make or break a game. There is always this kind of disproportion when it comes to promotion of games – the big studios get a headstart. With our platform and over 15000 streamers on board we want to give game creators more options to promote their games. We believe that the contest is a great opportunity for devs to be heard by their audience.”
