All Three Remaining Nagasaki IR Candidates Submit Documents for Second Screening
All the three operator groups who successfully passed the primary screening have now submitted the documents necessary to progress to the second screening as part of Nagasaki prefecture’s operator selection.
The three groups are Oshidori International Development Ltd in partnership with US tribal gaming operator Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, Casinos Austria International Japan and NIKI Chyau Fwu (Parkview) Group.
The operators will now make presentations to the prefecture in August with the final screening results due to be announced in the same month, based on Nagasaki’s RFP schedule.
The prefecture has stated that the secondary screening documents will be the operators’ final proposals.
Japan’s national government will accept applications from candidate locations and their operator partners from October 2021 until April 2022.
