JKR Invests in WYN Global Media Limited

JKR Investment Group has announced a strategic investment in WYN Global Media Limited, a B2B performance marketing company in the tech entertainment industry.
“I believe the investment in WYN Global Media is very important for JKR’s ecosystem. First of all, it marks our entering into the Asian market expansion. Also, WYN Global Media has a strong team and an excellent leadership which fulfils our vision to invest in founders on fire for their ideas. We are planning to grow organically, however our investment team will also evaluate exciting M&A opportunities,” Alexander Gusev, CEO and co-founder of JKR Investment Group, said.
WYN focuses on providing online igaming related content in Japan and other Asian markets. It is the first JKR investment in a company that is purely Asian-focused.
“We are excited to have JKR as our key strategic investor. With their vast industry knowledge, experience and network, we will be able to reach our goal of becoming a leading performance marketing company in Asia. Nikola Teofilovic, senior investment manager at JKR and former vice-president of AskGamblers, owned by Catena Media, has a great operating track record and I look forward to working closely with him on this journey,” Mark-Anthony Sifontes, founder of WYN Global Media Limited, said.
