Snabbis goes live with Fast Track CRM
Snabbis is live with Fast Track CRM, the player engagement platform built specifically for iGaming.
Snabbis was launched in 2019 by a team from Gothenburg, Sweden. The operator holds Swedish and Maltese licences and added sportsbook to their offering in 2021, alongside existing casino and live casino products. Snabbis is focused on great customer experience, offering “pay n play” (where available) and 24 hour support to their customers.
Snabbis was looking for a solution that would enable them to offer the same great experience across all engagement throughout the player lifecycle.
Fast Track offers a platform specifically built to enable iGaming operators to orchestrate all their communications and rewards from a single place and automate large portions of their engagement using a real-time data feed.
The operator chose Fast Track CRM as their player engagement platform primarily because of its automation capabilities. The ability to automate complex player lifecycles gives the team a scalable way to deliver personalised, real-time experiences to their players.
Jan Majlöv, Director of Snabbis, commented: “We at Snabbis.com are very happy with our collaboration with Fast Track. They are very professional and we can reach out to our customers in a completely different way than before. We highly recommend Fast Track and their unique and innovative way off working in the online casino business.”
Fast Track continuously looks at ways they can support operators like Snabbis and recently announced the release of the “Singularity Model”, which will give operators the ability to create 1:1 experiences with their players.
“We enjoy working with operators who are open to working in new ways in order to deliver the best experience for their players. We are already seeing Snabbis create and experiment with new engagements in our platform and can’t wait to see how they continue,” said Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.
