Leading global esports platform Challengermode has today announced that the danish nicotine pouch brand Ace X will be utilizing Challengermode’s automated esports tournament for the Ace X 2022 Circuit – a series of esports tournaments for grassroots CS:GO players. The Circuit will feature three “Tour Stops” with an open qualifier stage and fully broadcasted playoffs, giving teams across Europe the chance to #AceTheGame.
The Ace X Circuit 2022 will see hundreds of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive esports teams compete in three online Tour Stop Playoffs, where they will compete for prize pools of €7,500. Finalists will also qualify for one of only four places in the Ace X Masters circuit finals in December, where those teams will be in with the chance to win the lion’s share of the €10,000 finale prize pool. All players must be over 18 to enter.
The first Tour Stop – the Ace X Vienna Open 2022 – took place on March 19th, and will be followed by stops in Prague and Stockholm. The 2022 Circuit follows on from the successful Ace X Icelandic Open and Ace X Stockholm Open in 2021.
Philip Hubner, CBDO at Challengermode, said: “Ace X’s esports focus has always had its eyes set on supporting the esports professionals of the future at the grassroots level of competition, making this activity a perfect fit for our platform. We’re thrilled to be able to help facilitate a grassroots circuit of this scale at this level – leveraging Challengermode’s technology and expertise in the esports ecosystem to amplify the opportunities Ace X offers to up-and-coming CS:GO players.”
Nicas Korsholm, Marketing Manager at Ministry of Snus, said: “At Ace X Stockholm Open 2021 I had the chance to meet Young Ninjas and Lilmix. It was inspiring to meet these passionate teams. Being able to provide opportunities to upcoming professional gamers is a great feeling and it gives us purpose. That’s why we have decided to host a total of 4 big tournaments in 2022 in collaboration with Challengermode, which will give promising teams a shot at greatness and the chance to write their name in the stars.”
As an endemic partner dedicated to bringing value to the esports community, Ace X wants to inspire up-and-coming professional esports athletes to share in Ace X’s values by giving them the opportunity to push their limits and achieve greatness, bringing excitement and enjoyment to living life on the edge.
